Bella Vista Fire Department’s Community Paramedics, in cooperation with Northwest Health System, will administer COVID-19 vaccinations as we are able to those eligible in Phase 1B.
There are 40 slots available for each 15-minute increment. Arrive prior to your designated time and please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. Follow signs to the appropriate parking area and entrance marked for the vaccine clinic.
You will be temperature checked upon entry, then asked to complete a questionnaire, sign a waiver, and provide some additional information, including your red, white and blue Medicare card, if you have it. The vaccine being administered is the Pfizer vaccine and requires a second dose administered at least 21 days following the first. No sign up is required for second dose.

The Benton County Health Unit will be providing 500 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine on a first come, first served basis and will continue while supplies last. No reservations are being accepted for this clinic.

MANA is hosting a drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination event for patients 18 and older on Saturday, April 10th.
Both the Moderna and the Janssen/Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines are approved for age 18 and older.
If you make an appointment for the first dose of the Moderna vaccine, make sure you can keep the follow-up appointment for your second dose 28 days later on May 8th at the same time and place.
The vaccine from Janssen/Johnson and Johnson is a single-dose vaccine.

If you are unable to make the date for your scheduled second dose, you may get that dose during normal vaccine clinic hours Tuesdays and Thursdays at Northwest Health in Bentonville, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (no appointment required for 2nd dose shots).
