  • Both the Moderna and the Janssen/Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines are approved for age 18 and older.

  • If you make an appointment for the first dose of the Moderna vaccine, make sure you can keep the follow-up appointment for your second dose 28 days later on May 8th at the same time and place.

  • The vaccine from Janssen/Johnson and Johnson is a single-dose vaccine.

  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you cannot make the appointment at your scheduled time, please provide at least 24-hour notice so that someone else may use the vaccine.

  • What do I need to bring to my appointment? Please wear a short sleeve shirt so the nurse can easily access your upper arm. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your appointment.
