A national study released today ranked Arvest Bank as the top financial institution in two U.S. regions.
The J.D. Power and Associates 2013 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study put Northwest Arkansas-based Arvest as the top bank in the Southwest and South Central regions of the U.S.
Arvest Bank was the only institution recognized as the best in more than one of the nation’s 11 regions.
Arvest Bank, a major supporter of the Northwest Arkansas Council’s efforts to enhance economic opportunity in the region, was recognized as tops in retail banking for the fourth consecutive year in the Southwest Region. Arvest was recognized as the top retail bank in the South Central Region for the third time in the past four years.
The study earlier this year involved more than 51,000 banking customers across the U.S.
Arvest Bank operates more than 260 bank branches in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
