Who Can Get a Vaccine at the Clinic

First, you don’t have to be a UAMS patient to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at our clinic.  Open to all Arkansans age 12 and older.

Patients under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the vaccine appointment. If a parent or guardian cannot be at the vaccine clinic with the minor, they may print and sign the COVID-19 Vaccine Acknowledgement Form and send it with the minor to the vaccine clinic.
