The Northwest Arkansas Council is hosting pop-up vaccine clinics throughout the region.

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been approved for use in children ages 5 and up. Northwest Arkansas parents are encouraged to consult their physicians and pediatricians in an effort to vaccinate any eligible children.
Those coming in for a second Pfizer dose must ensure they have waited at least three weeks (21 days) between the first and second dose. Those coming for a second Moderna dose must ensure they have waited at least four weeks (28 days) between first and second doses. Severely immunocompromised individuals are currently eligible to receive a third dose at least 28 days after their second Pfizer or Moderna dose.
The following are eligible to receive a booster at least six (6) months after their second Pfizer or Moderna dose
• Individuals 65 and up.
• Individuals 18 through 64 years of age with underlying medical conditions that place them at higher risk for severe COVID-19.
• Individuals 18 through 64 years of age whose frequent institutional or occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2 puts them at high risk of serious complications of COVID-19 including severe COVID-19.
Janssen/Johnson & Johnson
Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to receive a Johnson and Johnson booster dose at least two months after their initial dose.
Which Vaccine Booster to Get
Eligible individuals may elect to receive Johnson & Johnson, Moderna or Pfizer booster shots.
*Note minors ages 5 and above attending the clinic will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to get a vaccine.
