Fayetteville Public Schools Vaccine Clinic

Fayetteville Public Schools will host a clinic to vaccinate students on Friday, July 23 at Fayetteville High School Bulldog Lobby at 994 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Fayetteville.

The clinic will take place from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., and will be administering the Pfizer vaccine.

Those interested in attending can fill out a consent form here. Students are also required to bring a FERPA form signed by a parent/guardian. It may be found here.
